How to Get Fortune 500 Branding & Images on a Shoestring Budget

September 19, 2010 By Bill Hibbler 7 Comments

My friend and PR genius, Marc Harty, posted a short video on Facebook describing a service he discovered that will take a photo and turn it from ordinary to something you’d expect to see in a top-shelf magazine. The can also re-size product images, add backgrounds and do some very cool creative effects. The average cost is between $8 and $32 depending on how much needs to be done but there are significant discounts available for frequent buyers.

This isn’t just for photos of people, either. It can work for images of your product, office, night club and more. Check out these before and after. (Click on the image to see a larger version)

Check out Tucia’s portfolio (<-Affiliate Link) and think about how you can use this in your own marketing and branding.

Good resource, though I’d add that anyone can beat the F 500 by being authentic. That’s much harder for the big guys to do

    Hi Bill,

Thanks for the props! I can’t claim entire credit for the Tucia find, my girlfriend Sharon discovered them and has used them four times with great results.

What I like is how it opens those with limited budgets to conceptual images, often the kind you see editorially in magazines. Glad you also found value.

Thanks again for picking up on this.

Props to Sharon, too! I’m looking forward to using Tucia for a site I’m working on with a client.
