1999 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 31CG

  • The trim was pulled back here to check for leaks
  • You can see everywhere damaged wood was removed. Where you see pink sections, that’s where the floor insulation has been replaced with Owens Corning Fiber Board
  • The odometer reads just under 21k
  • Original Layout.
The seal kit contains enough material to reseal about five windows. It’s a two-person job. Inside person removes screws around window. Outside person removes outer window, then removes old seal material. New seal is wrapped around the edge of the window and window is placed back in the hole. Inside person tightens the screws and the window is sealed.
This is where the refrigerator goes with the pantry to the right. No leaks were found in this are. That’s the shower wall on the right and the entrance door on the left.
155 Hours on the Onan Generator
Pass-Through Bay with Leather Bra
Passenger Side Forward Bay with Pass-Through, AC Outlet, and Phone & Cable Connections
Passenger Side Storage Bay with 2 Interior Coach Batteries. These were installed new by the seller in June of 2019 when I bought the coach.
Electric Bay: Shoreline Cable and Power Converter are here. Compartment has Pass-Through Below for Shoreline.
“Wet Bay” with City/Fresh Water Fill Valve, Black and Grey Tank Drain Valves, Fresh Water Hookup. Has Pass Through Openings Below to run hoses.
More Pass-Through Storage with Water Hose, Sewer Hose
Forward Storage Bay with 32′ Cover for the RV. Seller included it but I have never taken it out of the bag as I have covered storage.
The Shower is Still in Place in the Coach.
BEFORE: This is just to give you an idea of the original layout. The sink base and cabinets are disassembled in the coach. You’ll need a new toilet and sink.
BEFORE: Refrigerator and Pantry Section. The drawers and cabinetry are disassembled but in the coach. In order to check for leaks behind it, the refrigerator was removed and had to be partially disassembled to get it through the door. It is stored outside the RV. You can opt to repair it or replace it. It is designed to run on both electric and gas.
BEFORE: This was all disassembled to replace damaged floor underneath it but all components are in the RV including the microwave, gas cooktop, range hood, and oven. Many RV’s only have the gas cooktop. This one has the oven, too.

Onstage with a bowl of fresh beer. :-) 🎩 Onstage with a bowl of fresh beer. :-) 🎩
The first day of the year was also the first day o The first day of the year was also the first day of Covid. I’ve worked hard to be careful since I’m a Type 1 diabetic. But it got me. Ironically, T1 diabetes has made me constantly monitor my body and take meds as needed so it made taking care of myself this week far easier. Thanks also to my remote healing friend who likes anonymity but is appreciated. Btw, if for any reason you’re tempted to make any kind of political or conspiracy theory comment, please resist the temptation.
